On Show: Planet showcases finely crafted contemporary designs in solid sustainably grown Australian hardwood furniture by Ross Longmuir. The showroom at Planet Commonwealth Street also presents the work of many Australian craftspeople with a particular focus on textiles and ceramics. Planet is also passionate about natural fibres and hand crafting, from the collectable to the everyday object.
Product Launches: Planet will present a new suite of furniture pieces originating from bespoke commissions including a desk, bookcases, occasional tables and storage pieces in a uniquely Australian setting.
Highlights: On Saturday, Planet will give away a nest of tables from their new collection as part of the Surry Hills Central precinct prize pack. During the event, they will also be featuring the bespoke design process that is at the heart of their service.
